Karyn is a highly experienced driver with a genuine passion for helping new drivers to feel confident, capable and, above all, safe. She believes that learning to drive isn’t just about passing a test; it’s about developing the skills to identify hazards, make sound decisions and stay safe for life.

With over 25 years of teaching experience, Karyn brings exceptional communication skills to her lessons. She knows how to ask the right questions, explain mistakes in a clear and supportive way and how to create learning opportunities that are challenging yet always comfortable for her students. Every lesson is a safe space where questions are encouraged and constructive feedback is always part of the journey.

Karyn has a personal passion for supporting neurodiverse learners. She understands that learning to drive can be an anxious and potentially sensory overwhelming time for some, therefore she is committed to providing a calm, inclusive and flexible learning environment where each student can progress at their own pace. If a student would benefit from any specific accommodations, Karyn is more than happy to work with them to make the experience as comfortable and effective as possible.

Karyn genuinely cares about her students’ long-term safety and confidence on the road. Her goal is to equip every student with the skills and mindset they need to become safe, responsible drivers.​
